Debra holds a JD from Southeastern University, an MBA from Southeastern University, an MA in Political Science and Urban Planning from Brooklyn College, and BS in Psychology from Brooklyn College. She has served as an alternative member of the Planning and Zoning Board of Wilton Manors, as a speaker on behalf of clients at administrative hearings at the city and county levels, and honed her negotiation techniques as a mediator in Broward County civil cases since 1997. In her time outside of real estate, Debra breeds French Bulldogs and Russian Toy dogs and competes in dog shows worldwide.
